Psychiatric Service Dog Training

We strongly stand behind the importance and need for psychiatric service dogs. Not only do we train the dog in our program, we ensure the handler is fully supported and prepared to handle and employ their service dog in public spaces, safely and respectfully.

We have experience with clients that need grounding during dislocation, interrupting anxiety or panic, and medication reminders. We focus on public access and real world distractions and environments so both the dog and the handler are well prepared to perform consistently.

An evaluation is absolutely the first step, in ensuring we are pairing the right dog to the right task to the right job and the right environment and service dog needs.
